TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, Wisconsin, is seeking an Operator II for the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) to support the Sugar Free Production team. Responsibility includes inspecting materials, loading raw materials, data recording, machine setup, changeovers, and quality checks to drive plant performance.

Qualifications

• Experience following process documents and instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator.

Responsibilities

• Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process.
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines.
• Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork.
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments.
• Perform deep cleans and changeovers.
• Complete quality checks.
