Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is hiring an Operator II for the 2nd shift in the Sugar Free Production team. You will load materials, set up machines, monitor packaging lines and record production data, while performing quality checks and supporting changeovers.

The role is full-time with hours 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday through Friday, and pays $26.81 per hour plus shift differential. Applicants should be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and process documents.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
• Previous experience as a machine operator.

Responsibilities

• Inspect material, products and containers at each packaging step.
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines.
• Record production data and complete paperwork.
• Set up machines for production runs and adjust settings.
• Perform deep cleans and changeovers, and conduct quality checks.

About the Role:

The Operator II role at the Manawa location provides support to the Sugar Free Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines
• Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments
• Perform deep cleans and changeovers
• Complete quality checks

This full-time role pays $26.81 per hour plus an applicable shift differential. Hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday - Friday.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator
