Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring an Operator II for the 3rd shift at Manawa, WI to support the Oatmeal Production team and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. You will follow documented procedures, monitor packaging steps, and ensure accurate data is recorded for each batch.

This full-time role runs 10:00pm–6:00am, Sunday through Thursday. You will set up machines, perform changeovers and deep cleans, conduct quality checks, and help maintain clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in following instructions and communicating effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator.

Responsibilities

• Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process.
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines.
• Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork.
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments.
• Perform deep cleans and changeovers.
• Complete quality checks.
