Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Manawa, WI is hiring an Operator II for the 3rd shift to support the oatmeal production line. You will load raw materials, inspect packaging, and set up machines for runs, while recording production data and completing paperwork.

This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am, with a $0.65 shift differential on top of the $26.81 per hour base. Prior machine operator experience and strong instruction-following are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator.

Responsibilities

• Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process.
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines.
• Record production data, review records and specifications, complete paperwork.
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments.
• Perform deep cleans and changeovers; complete quality checks.
