Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a warehouse professional to administer and operate our warehouses, handling processing, packaging, storage, and receiving of materials. You will coordinate shipping/receiving schedules and ensure space utilization and equipment maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma (2-year degree preferred) and 3 years general or 2 years functional experience. Base pay ranges USD 22,000 to USD 33,000, with typical adjustments based on location and performance.

Position Summary:

Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies; audits goods received into warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

  • Established and productive individual contributor. Works under moderate supervision. Problems faced are typically routine, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Makes minor adjustments to working methods. Communicates information that requires explanation or interpretation.
  • Provides administrative or technical support at an intermediate level. Still gaining or have attained full proficiency in their specific area of discipline. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
  • Works under moderate supervision. May seek the advice of senior personnel in the functional area. Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $22,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
