Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. in Moore, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support efficient warehouse operations, handling materials, inventory, and freight with accuracy and timeliness.

You will receive, sort, store, and distribute materials, process requisitions, and update the purchase order system to ensure safe, organized, and compliant workflows within the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Approximately 3 years of general experience or 2 years in a relevant functional area.
• Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, shipping/receiving, and inventory control preferred.
• Ability to apply policies and work under moderate supervision with guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle, move, load, and unload materials manually or with equipment.
• Open, inspect, seal, and prepare crates and cartons for processing or shipment.
• Receive, sort, store, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility.
• Process material requisitions and dispense stock items accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory control activities, stock counts, and stock rotation.
• Process incoming and outgoing freight per company policies and standards.
• Maintain proper stocking and availability for timely delivery.
• Update the purchase order system as shipments are received or back ordered.
• Complete and process inventory-related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicate discrepancies or shortages to management; assist with kit/bundle work as needed.

Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
