Job Title: Operator II at Mohawk Builder + Multifamily

Join our team as an Operator II at Mohawk Builder + Multifamily, a subsidiary of Dal-Tile, the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $17.87/hour + $0.50 night shift differential
• Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM
• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor glaze line equipment, report issues to supervisor
• Inspect tiles for quality defects during manufacturing
• Perform hourly quality control checks
• Operate powered industrial trucks for transporting glaze
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Load and unload tiles using wheelbarrows over 100 yards
• Use water hoses frequently
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Operate manual and limited power tools
• Follow operating procedures and maintain a safe, clean, organized work area
• Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 1-3 years manufacturing/production experience, good communication and record-keeping skills, basic English proficiency, Dal-Tile powered industrial truck certification.
