The Operator 2 works with the Operations and Maintenance teams to maintain plant efficiency, manufacturing high-quality malt in a safe environment while balancing quality and productivity.

Minimum Education and Work Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a similar plant and production role.
• Malting, brewing, or grain handling experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Manual lifting of parts, equipment, and objects over 25 lbs (11 kg).
• Occasional lifting or moving of up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
• Exposure to dust, heat, cold, and chemicals.
• Stand, walk, and be on your feet most of the shift.
• Vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Moderate noise environment with available hearing protection.
