Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an Operator I/II/III in Temecula, CA (onsite) for a 12-month contract with possible extensions. Pay ranges from $19.25 to $23.33 per hour on W-2, depending on experience and shift. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with varying schedules.

Operator I requires 0-2 years, II 3-4 years, III 5+ years. Responsibilities include manufacturing tasks, microscope work, following procedures, and ability to lift items. EOE; benefits listed.

• Six months manufacturing experience required.
• Must have color vision to distinguish colors.

Title: Operator I/ Operator II / Operator III

Location: Temecula, CA 92591 (Onsite)

Duration: 12-month contract with possible extensions

Pay Range: $19.25/hr on w2 -$23.33/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors).

1st shift: M-F 5 am – 1:30 pm or 6 am – 2:30 pm

2nd shift: M-F 2 pm- 10:30 pm or 2:30 pm – 11 pm

3rd shift Sunday – Fri 9 pm – 5:30 am

Operator I 0 - to 2 years of experience

Operator II 3 to 4 years of experience

Operator III 5 + years of experience

Job Description:

• Must have 6 months manufacturing experience (does not have to be medical Device that is a plus) not looking for warehouse, forklift drivers/ handlers, amazon, not looking for short tenures.
• Must have the visual ability necessary to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including distinguishing colors where required.
• Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in training sessions led by an instructor.
• Comfortable using microscopes.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
• Ability to use microscopes.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle or feel.
• This position requires the ability to lift/carry items
