Job summary

Cacique Foods, LLC. is seeking an Operator I to support our Amarillo, TX manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor production equipment, read SOPs, and help maintain GMP and HACCP compliance.

Shifts run 6:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. The role includes a performance bonus, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, vacation and sick time, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Maintain GMP and HACCP compliance.
• Complete quality checks and document data.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Operate and monitor production equipment with precision, helping deliver the high-quality products our customers know and trust
• Champion Cacique's commitment to quality through routine quality checks, inspections, and process verification at every stage of production
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), line changeovers, and equipment setups with accuracy and efficiency to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by adhering to GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Spot issues before they become problems, partnering with your team to troubleshoot challenges and minimize downtime
• Capture production and quality data with accuracy, supporting compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives

Show Up Ready

Operations run across day, evening, and overnight hours to keep production moving. Shift Time: 6:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on production needs, opportunities for additional hours, and eligibility for performance bonus.
