Cacique Foods in Irving, TX is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation to lead the enterprise strategy, drive transformational programs, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen our supply chain and accelerate growth. You’ll oversee governance, portfolio, commercialization, and cross‑functional initiatives while delivering measurable business results.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Experience with commercialization, portfolio management, or innovation processes.
• Executive communication and relationship-building abilities.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
