Job Summary

We are seeking dependable candidates for Operator I openings in Liberty, SC. This contract/temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in medical device manufacturing, even without prior manufacturing experience. As an Operator I, you will support the assembly, testing, and production of small medical device components in a structured, quality‑focused environment. This role offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, a four‑day workweek, and the opportunity to build hands‑on production experience with training and team support. Candidates who are reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with repetitive work can be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small medical device components according to detailed work instructions.
• Perform basic testing and quality checks to support accurate production output.
• Follow safety, quality, and documentation procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency throughout the shift.
• Record production information accurately using basic computer systems or written documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while supporting team production goals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $16.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Work arrangement: Onsite in Liberty, SC.
• Job type: Contract/temporary.
• Openings: 4.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Assemble and test small medical device components.
• Follow detailed safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Complete accurate documentation and basic computer-based production records.
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliable availability for the full schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 1 year of experience required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new processes.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately for extended periods.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as required by the position.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and available for the full Monday through Thursday schedule.
• Must be comfortable with the commute to Liberty, SC and onsite work requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly, production, quality inspection, or medical device manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience working in a detail-oriented or process-driven environment is a plus.
