Cemex US is seeking an Operator to support plant production operations and maintenance of fixed equipment. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, handle scheduling for repairs, and cooperate with the team to maintain efficiency and reliability. Prior experience at an aggregate facility and a high school diploma are requested.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating and maintaining an aggregate facility.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Welding and cutting experience highly preferred.
• Core understanding of conveyor belts, shaker screens, sand screws, and cyclone operations.
• Ability to work scheduled shift hours and be flexible with scheduling, overtime and weekends.

• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently and 70 pounds occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees/visitors as well as function safely around heavy rolling equipment
• Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
• Exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently and 70 pounds occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Job involves walking or standing for long periods of time
