Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an entry-level Operator to support production on the line in Boca Raton. You’ll operate machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure each item meets standards as it leaves the line.

The role is the 1st shift, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with an onboarding period of 4–5 days to introduce you to our processes and safety expectations. A basic proficiency in English is required to follow directions and complete documentation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move during shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
  • Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
  • Complete quality checks and record data.
  • Keep work area clean.
  • Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

As an Operator, you’ll help make the world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.

This role operates on the 1st shift, Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:30 pm.

Onboarding Schedule: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5 day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
Skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
  • Comfortable using computers or tablets
  • Able to read, write, and understand English
  • Basic math and mechanical understanding
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team‑oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
