This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM.
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5‑day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
As a Operator, you’ll help make the world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.64. This includes a $3.00/hour shift differential.
