Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an entry-level Operator to help produce world-class products behind brands you know. You’ll work on the production line, operate and monitor equipment, and follow safety and quality procedures to ensure every item meets standards.

This is a 2nd-shift, Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with some weekends/overtime. Onboarding runs 4–5 days. You’ll join a team that values detail, reliability, and the ability to learn in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
  • Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
  • Complete quality checks and record data.
  • Keep work area clean.
  • Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE

This role operates on the 2nd shift, Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. Some weekends/overtime depending on business needs.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE

Structured 4–5 day onboarding program, scheduled 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, completed during the first week.

POSITION SUMMARY

As an Operator, you’ll help make world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps ensure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.
SKILLS
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
  • Comfortable using computers or tablets.
  • Able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Basic math and mechanical understanding.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented and dependable.
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
COMPENSATION

Approximate hourly pay $21.50 plus $1.50 shift differential. Final compensation may vary based on experience, skills and abilities, and geographic location.
