Qualifications

• Complete finishing steps such as trimming, cleaning, and blocking to spec.
• Inspect work for quality and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and PPE.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.

Description

Imperial is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the embroidery process by operating machines, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, and completing finishing steps (including blocking) to ensure our products meet Imperial’s quality standards.

• Pay:$15/hr + .50 differential
  
• Employment Type: Temp to Hire|May convert to regular employment after 90 days (based on performance/business need)
• Location: Winona, MO
• Peak Season Hours
  
  • 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday - Thursday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Friday (Second Shift)
• Standard Hours:
  
  • 2:15 PM - 12:15 AM PM (2nd Shift)
