Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate machinery equipped with scoops, shovels, or buckets to excavate and load loose materials.
• Transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites.
• Maintain the truck in good working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Report mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English for reading work instructions and safety information.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, push, pull, lift (up to 25 pounds), sit, squat, and carry items.
• Approximately 5% of time outside inspecting equipment; 95% sitting and operating machinery.
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing.
• Availability to work 5am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Exposure to machinery, chemicals, and high noise levels.
