Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receipt, storage, movement, and bulk materials across the Materials Handling Center in Puerto Rico. The role will require routine sampling of raw materials, moving samples to labs, and performing cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Science or Administration, with 3-5 years in warehouse operations, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Science or Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and raw material handling, material movement and inventory systems.
• Must possess a driving license.
• Experience in raw material sampling and packaging materials is preferred.
• Forklift, explosives, TSA and DOT certifications are preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and communicate in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, movement and shipment of bulk materials, chemicals and general merchandise at the Materials Handling Center.
• Sample received raw material at the center when assigned.
• Transport samples to labs and perform periodic inventory counts when assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Manejar operaciones de recibo, almacenaje, movimiento y envío de materiales a granel, farmacéuticos y mercancía en general en el Centro de Manejo de Materiales (CMM).
• Muestrear materia prima recibida en el CMM (de ser asignado).
• Transportar las muestras de PR05 (entregadas al Almacén) a los distintos laboratorios de PR01 (de ser asignado).
• Completar conteo cíclico de inventario (de ser asignado).

Basic Qualifications

• Grado Asociado en Ciencias o Administración.
• 3-5 años de experiencia previa en áreas de Almacén y manejo de materia prima, movimiento de materiales y sistemas de inventario.
• Poseer licencia de conducir

Additional Preferences/Requirements

• Experiencia en procesos de muestreo de materia prima y materiales de empaque
• Licencia Manejo de Montacargas
• Licencia de Explosivos
• Certificado por TSA
• Certificado por DOT
• Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos.
• Habilidad de expresión escrita y de redacción en español.
• Comunicación verbal en inglés y redacción básica en inglés.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $12.98 - $28.03. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
