415 Lilly del Caribe, Inc. in Puerto Rico is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receipt, storage, movement and shipping of bulk materials and general merchandise at the Materials Handling Center. You will ensure accuracy and safety in daily operations.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse and raw material handling, plus a valid driver’s license; additional licenses and certifications may be preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English writing and communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in science or administration.
• 3-5 years experience in warehouse and raw material handling, material movement and inventory systems.
• Must possess a driver's license.
• Additional licenses and certifications (Forklift, Explosives, TSA, DOT) are preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish in writing; English verbal/written skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle receipt, storage, movement and shipment of bulk materials and general merchandise at the Materials Handling Center.
• Sample incoming raw materials at the CMM if assigned.
• Move samples from PR05 to PR01 labs if assigned.
• Complete cycle counts of inventory if assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manejar operaciones de recibo, almacenaje, movimiento y envío de materiales a granel, farmacéuticos y mercancía en general en el Centro de Manejo de Materiales (CMM).
• Muestrear materia prima recibida en el CMM (de ser asignado).
• Transportar las muestras de PR05 (entregadas al Almacén) a los distintos laboratorios de PR01 (de ser asignado).
• Completar conteo cíclico de inventario (de ser asignado).

Basic Qualifications:

• Grado Asociado en Ciencias o Administración.
• 3-5 años de experiencia previa en áreas de Almacén y manejo de materia prima, movimiento de materiales y sistemas de inventario.
• Poseer licencia de conducir.

Additional Preferences/Requirements:

• Experiencia en procesos de muestreo de materia prima y materiales de empaque.
• Licencia Manejo de Montacargas.
• Licencia de Explosivos.
• Certificado por TSA.
• Certificado por DOT.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos.
• Habilidad de expresión escrita y de redacción en español.
• Comunicación verbal en inglés y redacción básica en inglés.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $12.98 - $28.03

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
