Job summary

Clean Scapes is hiring a Maintenance Crew Member – Driver in Austin, TX. The role involves driving company vehicles to job sites, performing landscape maintenance, and working with a diverse team to complete projects.

You will handle equipment, ensure safety standards, and participate in trainings. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior landscaping experience required; willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history.
• Experience driving pickups, box trucks, or trailers preferred.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation to office or jobsite.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers.
• Safely operate Clean Scapes vehicles to transport crew, equipment, and materials to jobsites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload landscaping equipment, tools, and materials safely.
• Use a variety of hand tools and landscaping equipment proficiently.
• Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds, emphasizing communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Take care of all equipment, materials, vehicles, trailers, and uniforms.
• Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors.
• Follow Clean Scapes safety policies including safe driving and trailer operation.
• Other duties as assigned.
