Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Warehouse for the 3rd shift to safely receive, store, and ship raw materials and finished goods, ensuring smooth warehouse and production operations.

You will operate material handling equipment, maintain inventory records, and uphold safety and quality standards, with at least 1 year forklift experience, a valid license, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery-Warehouse - 3rd shiftto join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery-Warehouse - 3rd shift, you will be accountable for safely and efficiently handling the receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring smooth warehouse and production operations through the use of material handling equipment.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Weekend availability: As required

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $24.00

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of inventory movements within the warehouse

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs with assistance; ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills across departments (Production, QA, Sanitation)
