Aspire Bakeries is hiring for an Operator 3, Bakery- Warehouse - 1st Shift in Swedesboro, NJ. You will handle material movement, operate warehouse equipment, and ensure safe, accurate inventory flow on the bakery floor.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift experience, basic math skills, and a strong safety mindset. Competitive hourly pay and a 1st shift schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) with whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.
• At least one year of deep-reach forklift experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company guidelines.
• Record and track all material movements within the warehouse, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality assurance standards, including government regulations.
• Report malfunctioning equipment promptly to plant management.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, including sweeping floors and removing trash.
• Support product quality, legality, and safety by maintaining sanitary conditions and reporting potential contamination.

About the Role

We are seeking a Operator 3, Bakery- Warehouse - 1st Shift to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Operator 3, Bakery- Warehouse - 1st Shift, you will be accountable for operating material handling equipment and managing the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Compensation:

• Hourly: $24-$25

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
