Job summary

Aspire Bakeries’ Chaska, MN bakery is seeking a Production Operator for 2nd shift to run automated production and packaging lines, ensure food quality, and support the entire production process.

The role requires operating equipment, documenting processes, and maintaining GMP compliance while meeting schedules. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; strong problem-solving skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Equipment and product knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product issues.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust machinery and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper food specifications.
• Assemble, set up, start, and stop equipment for start-ups, changeovers, and line-specific needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Ensure work areas, machinery, and equipment are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Communicate relevant information to supervisors and co-workers.
• Fill in for absent employees and operate all equipment on the line as needed.
• Ensure continuous compliance with GMPs and food safety standards.
• Adhere to production schedules, running orders, and recipes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring food quality standards, and supporting the entire production process.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 2nd Shift

Compensation

• Hourly pay range: $22.88- $23
