ABB Inc söker en Produktionsansvarig för 2:a skiftet i USA. Rollen innebär ansvar för att stödja enhetens produktionsmål genom att följa system och processer på fabriksgolvet.

Du kommer att läsa och tolka tekniska diagram och instruktioner för montering av produkter och system. Arbetsformen är on-site och arbetsuppgifterna inkluderar montering, manuellt arbete, kvalitetskontroll och att hålla arbetsytan ren.

Qualifikationen

• Krav: High school diploma/GED.
• Kandidater måste redan ha arbetsbehörighet som tillåter anställning hos ABB i USA.

Aufgaben

• Genomföra monteringsarbete för att producera halvfabrikat eller färdiga produkter/system/paneler, inklusive förpackning vid behov.
• Utföra arbete manuellt eller med lätt handverktyg.
• Genomföra regelbunden kvalitetstestning som en del av en definierad produktionsprocess.
• Följa standardprocedurer och hålla arbetsområdet rent och organiserat.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines.
• Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.
• Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications for the role

• High school diploma/GED required
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
