Job summary

ABB i Selmer, Tennessee söker en operatör/lås ansvarig för maskinerna i tillverkningsprocessen. Du kommer att köra och övervaka utrustning, utföra inställningar och bidra till kvalitet och effektivitet i produktionen.

Positionen är onsite och du arbetar nära produktionsteamet för att säkerställa att arbetsflöden följs enligt ABB:s standarder och säkerhetsinstruktioner.

Qualifications

• Högskole-/GY dipl om GED eller motsvarande krävs.
• 2 års erfarenhet av tillverkning/industriell maskinhantering föredras.

Responsibilities

• Utföra rutinmaskininställningar, justeringar samt enkelt reservdelbyte.
• Genomföra regelbundet underhåll av utrustning, ställa in verktyg och felsöka rapportera Problem.
• Hålla detaljerade register över maskininställningar, reparationer och underhåll.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality. Each day, you will execute the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. You will also showcase your expertise by operating machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the success of the ABB busway plant in Selmer, TN

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Performing routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and repairing and fitting simple replacement parts.
• Ensuring regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any; and maintaining detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Keeping track of approved, defective units, and final products.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years manufacturing/industrial/machine operation preferred
