Job summary

Johns Manville in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking an Operator to join our Pay for Skills program and support JM core values by delivering quality insulation and roofing products. This role focuses on safety, teamwork and consistent production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will follow safety procedures, participate in training, and complete production reporting while maintaining daily housekeeping and PPE compliance.

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $23.00.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for communicating and supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience. This Operator position is part of the Pay for Skills program and is part of skills progression.

Responsibilities
