The Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring product quality, assembling packaging materials, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the production process. This role supports continuous operations by maintaining a clean work area, troubleshooting basic equipment issues, and communicating effectively with team members. The base hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.49 to $22.52. This position requires open availability. New hires may be assigned to any shift based on business needs, including during the probationary period.

Potential Shift Schedules

• 8-Hour Shifts (7 days on, 2-3 days off). 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Swing Shift 12-Hour Shifts (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off). 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Your Day to Day

• Operate packaging and equipment safely and efficiently.
