Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 6 months of experience operating machining equipment producing simple to moderately complex components.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machinery to manufacture medical components from raw materials.
• Operate multiple simple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Use precision measuring and inspection equipment to verify product quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Identify and replace dull tooling as required.
• Complete production documentation, data entry transactions, and barcode scanning activities accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by actively participating in team activities and problem solving.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all Quality System requirements, company policies, FDA regulations, QSR requirements, and applicable domestic and international standards.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $18.75/h - $28.12/h USD hourly and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, job-related knowledge/skills, geographical location. You will be entitled to receive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage,401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
