Manufacturing can be fast-paced and repetitive, and we believe in being upfront about expectations so you know exactly what the job involves before accepting the position.

Safety is our #1 priority! Every employee is expected to work safely, follow established procedures, and look out for themselves and their coworkers.

WORK SCHEDULE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

Our normal production schedule consists of four 9-hour shifts per week:

CURRENTLY, 12-HOUR SHIFTS ARE MANDATORY DUE TO PRODUCTION DEMANDS:

WEEKEND OVERTIME IS ALSO PROBABLE THROUGH THE END OF 2026:

  • Inspect manufactured parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow established work instructions, inspection procedures, and production requirements.
  • Identify and report defective parts, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions.
  • Meet established production and quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
