Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Beverly, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to produce, package, and label products to meet quality specifications and shop orders. You will operate various manufacturing and measurement equipment safely and document activities to ensure compliance with standards.

You will help meet all due dates, take responsibility for products manufactured, and support engineering or technicians with validation of processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong reading and writing in English.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Produce/package/label all products to meet or exceed all quality specifications per shop order, QCIC’s and all other required documents provided.




• Operates various manufacturing and measurement equipment in a safe and orderly manner and notifies Lead/Supervisor when operating problems occur or standards cannot be met.




• Meet or exceed all due dates assigned to the manufacturing shop order.




• Responsible for all products manufactured.




• Understanding of documentation system including reading comprehension, writing and how to complete documents accurately.




• May assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with validation of processes, product and tooling.




• Understand and follow gowning processes and procedures while maintaining a clean and presentable work station.

Qualifications:

• High School/Trade School Diploma or GED




• Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.




• Must be able to read documentation, communicate, and write in English.




• Ideal candidate will have keen eye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, and possess a positive attitude.
