The Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mound House, NV. This role is responsible for operating foundry and production equipment such as molding machines, furnaces, trimming tools, and material handling devices in accordance with established procedures and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading molds, monitoring casting processes, performing basic measurements and visual inspections, and documenting production data to support quality and traceability. The Operator collaborates closely with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to identify issues, perform routine housekeeping, and ensure that production schedules and quality targets are met. This position also involves following standardized work instructions, using personal protective equipment correctly, and participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and safety.
