Job summary

Henkel in Memphis, TN is hiring for a Manufacturing Operator in our Adhesive Technologies unit. You will operate machines safely, set up equipment per specs, monitor output quality, and maintain daily production records to help analyze performance.

The role requires a HSD/GED, ability to lift 55 lbs, willingness to work 3rd shift (Mon night–Sat morning), and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • HSD/GED required and able to lift 55 lbs.
  • Must pass Henkel's basic skills assessments.
  • Willing to work 3rd shift; Mon night–Sat morning.
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; forklift a plus.
  • Must stand for long periods and work in hot conditions.

What you´ll do
  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
What makes you a good fit
  • HSD/GED Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

  • Willing to work 3rd Shift; Monday night - Saturday morning

The hourly pay rate for this role is $20.00. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
