Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking team members for production roles on the manufacturing floor. This position focuses on converting raw materials into finished packaged goods, supporting the Nestlé Quality Management System, FSMS, SMS, and EMS to ensure safe, quality, and environmental practices.

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour with bonus eligibility. Employees are expected to follow a production schedule, adhere to safety guidelines, and participate in continuous learning of operational lines.

• Must adhere to all safety guidelines and GMP’s.
• Must be able to follow a production schedule and identify correct labels to formulas.
• Needs to be efficient in palletizing cases and coordinate with lift truck driver pallet sheet accuracy.
• Abides to quality check guidelines.
• Continuous learning of operational lines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This jobs primary purpose is to convert raw materials into finished product packaged goods. Actively support the implementation of the Nestle Quality Management System (QMS), Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Safety Management System (SMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS) in the manufacturing facility. Always demonstrate safe, quality, and environment behaviors in the workplace.

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
