• 1. Follow recipes and deviations at all times. Unauthorized deviations are strictly forbidden.
• 2. Comply with all FDA rules, procedures and work practices.
• 3. Follow all Nestle and GMP procedures.
• 4. Maintain confidential information on recipes.
• 5. Report all deviations from the recipe.

Operations:

• 1. Understanding verbal and written instructions in English.
• 2. Must follow safety rules and procedures including the wearing of safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses where appropriate.
• 3. Must observe good manufacturing practices (GMP) and USDA policies.
• 4. Must pass physical strength test (cybex).
• 5. Must be able to transport oneself to, from, and around one’s designated work area on concrete surfaces which are often uneven, wet, and slippery.
• 6. Must have legible handwriting.
• 7. Must be able to climb and descend ladders.
• 8. Must be able to operate required shop hand and power tools.
• 9. Must have related technical school training or the equivalent work experience.
• 10. Detect and understand warning lights, buzzers, alarms or instruments indicating hazardous conditions or circumstances which may cause equipment or product loss and physical harm.
• 11. Communicate effectively with various support groups, supervisors, and team members.
• 12. Work with, and be exposed to oils, greases, and solvents.
• 13. Work in confined spaces.
• 14. Push buttons, turn knobs, and flip switches on equipment.
• 15. Must be able to evacuate an area quickly in an emergency.
• 16. Must be capable of safely operating forklift equipment.
