Job summary

About The Position

As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating print presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining equipment to meet customer standards. You’ll monitor production, perform quality checks, prepare materials, and support team training—all while following safety and maintenance protocols.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of flexo press operating experience, preferably on W&H Novoflex presses
  • 1+ year of leadership exp. in print production.
  • Strong coaching, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude with ability to set up, operate, and maintain print presses.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and quality-focused.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable, flexible, and available for scheduled and unscheduled shifts, when needed.
  • Eager to learn the full manufacturing process with potential for career growth.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties, an employee is regularly required to talk or hear, walk or sit, stand, climb, use hands to finger, handle and feel objects, tools, or controls, and to reach with hands or arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. Excellent vision is a requirement, to include close vision, distance vision, color vision, color vision and the ability to focus.
