Job summary

Red Oak Recovery in Leicester, NC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support client transportation and coordinate interdepartmental activities. The role encompasses moving clients to appointments and events, assisting the operations team with projects, and contributing to safety and program effectiveness.

The successful candidate will help maintain grounds, manage adventure gear, and participate in on‑call rotations while supporting staff and client care across campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of landscape equipment and tractor use.
• Basic landscape experience required.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Transportation of clients to medical appointments, airports, and other locations.
• Assist Operations Team with projects and cover supervisor directives.
• Support training of Recovery Guides to ensure client safety.
• Maintain and track grounds, gear, and safety procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and support staff as needed.
• Oversee groundskeeping operations and campus exterior areas.
• Mentor clients in internships and service projects related to role.
• Provide Life Skills and Ecotherapy classes as scheduled.
