Job summary

Swagelok Southeast Texas is seeking a Director of Operations to drive transformation across assembly, fabrication, warehouse, and supply chain. You will shape capacity planning, design scalable processes, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 10–15 years of operational leadership, proven experience in major transformations, and a track record of building strong leadership depth.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive operational leadership in industrial distribution, fabrication, or related environment.
• Led or been a senior contributor to an operational transformation (new facility, lean implementation, etc.).
• Managed multi-function operations teams of 15-40 people during growth.
• Experience with assembly or fabrication operations and quote-to-cash processes is a differentiator.
• Demonstrated success building and developing a management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational transformation in assembly and fabrication, including scheduling, workflow, capacity planning, and ramp-up planning.
• Oversee warehouse, supply chain, and assembly performance metrics and cost reductions.
• Develop and own a multi-year operational roadmap aligned with growth and financial objectives.
• Build leadership bench, coach talent, and plan succession across operations.
• Partner with ELT and Swagelok network to ensure scalable, safe, and high-quality operations.
