• Shape initiatives using internal/external insights and guide investment decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to reduce execution friction across teams.
• Deliver KPI reporting and executive-ready progress materials.
• Partner with Analytics to communicate progress, risks, and interdependencies.
