Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Business Ops Strategy Enablement, Program or Portfolio Management or related fields.
• Experience with Contact Center Operations and/or Enterprise Operations functions.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities while aligning to long-term goals.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and operationalizes the annual Operations roadmap and milestones.
• Manages cross-functional initiatives, tracking progress, risks and outcomes.
• Translates insights from Data Insights into clear operational narratives.
• Shapes initiatives using internal/external insights to guide prioritization.
• Defines scope, sequencing, ownership and timelines to reduce friction across teams.
• Translates strategy milestones into discrete workplans and execution paths.
• Monitors KPIs and communicates progress, risks and outcomes to senior leaders.
• Partners with Insights to produce executive-ready materials.
