You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate needs into practical specifications that drive efficiency.

You will also develop training materials, SOPs, and Quick Reference Guides while maintaining dashboards and reports for leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process transformation or consulting.
• Ability to develop dashboards and data visualizations for leadership audiences.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting process flows.

Responsibilities

• Support transforming organizational processes by recommending emerging technologies to modernize workflows.
• Develop training materials and SOPs to support adoption of Microsoft and other tools.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate needs into functional specs.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.
