Job summary

Streamliners is a management consulting firm specializing in rapid efficiency improvements and operational excellence. The analyst will work with clients on-site to support workstreams, execute effective improvement plans, and drive transformations across shop floors and processes.

You will build relationships from shop floor operators to C-suite executives, solving problems with data, and prioritizing opportunities to maximize performance and profitability for North American and European

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing or consulting environment.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in STEM.
Functional knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, project management, process automation, continuous improvement.
Ability to work across organizational levels and strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel +80%.

Responsibilities

Support project managers and own project workstreams, transformations, and turnarounds.
Problem-solve technical manufacturing issues using structured methodologies.
Use data to prioritize improvement opportunities.
Adopt a process-oriented approach and break problems into manageable modules.
Cultivate relationships with operators and C-suite to drive change.
Execute project tasks to improve client operations.
