Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement professional to analyze designs, methods, and manufacturing processes, driving efficiency across operations. You will develop strategic initiatives and implement Lean/Six Sigma methods to optimize performance.

Lead the US1 Continuous Improvement team, review performance with leadership, and measure outcomes after changes. This role requires a Lean Six Sigma certification and a strong track record in process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field required.
• 5 years of experience in process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes.
• Develop strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Implement process improvements and changes in manufacturing methods.
• Measure process improvement benefits after changes are implemented.
• Implement Lean and/or Six Sigma methods.
• Review lean performance expectations with leadership teams across the organization, providing expectations, performance planning, and feedback.
• Direct the work of US1 Continuous Improvement Leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
