Job summary

Flex is seeking an Operations Trainer in Salt Lake City, UT to support our teams that build great products. You will assist and train employees in job responsibilities, standard work, and certification tracking.

Reporting to the Operation Training Supervisor, you will update training matrices, validate program effectiveness through audits, and coordinate safety, engineering, and quality training across the site. Fluency in English is preferred; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in training employees and developing standard work.
• Ability to track training completion and effectiveness.
• Experience with audits and quality/production support.

Responsibilities
