Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HyCO Operations.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management standards and EPA/RMP requirements.
• Proven success in workforce development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing enterprise training systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor.
• Flexible to travel 30-50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training curriculum for LGUS HyCO Operations employees and manage assigned curriculum.
• Support onboarding new employees and develop training for operations, maintenance and support staff.
• Develop training programs for new sites and coordinate pre-startup training.
• Manage certification programs and collaborate on rollout of global certification initiatives.
• Develop and manage Operator Training Certification Program and Operator Training Simulators (OTS).
• Coordinate Learning from Incidents training and track program metrics for effectiveness.
• Lead operational readiness, commercialization plans, PSM implementation, and GDMS setup for new plants.
