HyCO Operations Excellence team, defining and replicating best practices to ensure world-class performance in process safety, engineering, training, and sustainable production efficiency. You will collaborate with global HyCO leaders, Engineering, Technical Operations, R&D, and other counterparts to share lessons, drive capital planning, and implement new design approaches across

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience; Chemical and/or Refining background preferred.
• Background in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D.)

Responsibilities

• Replicate best practices in process safety, efficiency improvements, cost-reduction programs, and reliability across HyCO operations.
• Consult with engineering and project teams on quality, reliability, and efficiency of new HyCO plant construction.
• Support teams in complex decisions, empower others, and help HyCO leaders establish priorities that support business strategy.
• Lead or consult on cross-functional and special project teams beyond the assigned function.
• Participate in business development, operations management, and implementation of new design approaches and tools.
• Establish and maintain a global network of contacts; collaborate with global counterparts in EU and APAC; support long-range planning.
