Job summary

Linde seeks an experienced Training Leader for HyCO Operations to create and manage comprehensive curricula, certify programs, and support new-site readiness in the U.S. You will drive workforce development and collaborate with global teams to ensure top-tier training standards.

You will oversee Operator Training Simulators, EDMS-to-GDMS transitions, and metrics to measure knowledge retention and readiness across multiple plants, traveling 30–50% as required.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ HyCO Operations experience.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management standards and EPA/RMP requirements.
• Proven track record in workforce development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing enterprise training systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training curriculum for LGUS HyCO Operations employees and manage assigned curricula.
• Develop training programs for new sites and coordinate training prior to start-up for new plants.
• Manage certification programs and implement global certification initiatives, including documentation for plant managers and operators.
• Lead Operator Training Simulators (OTS) program and Training from Incidents initiatives; optimize learning delivery.
