Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an Experience Training Operations Manager to guide the design and delivery of training programs across our teams in Texas. You will lead a multi-person team, align resources, and ensure timely, effective training delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, public speaking, and a proven ability to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining high standards for performance and ethics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations manager experience or 1 year in banking with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.; some weekends required.
• Strong presentation, public-speaking and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of supervising and developing teams and maintaining performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop a needs assessment process and instructional design for training with delivery methods and post-training evaluations.
• Lead a training team of 7+ employees and oversee training function.
• Create and manage training materials, aids, and courses including customer service and technical support.
• Maintain monthly reporting for all training events and update client services and managers weekly.
