Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a seasoned contact center operations leader to oversee the development and implementation of best practices that drive employee morale and client satisfaction.

The role is 100% remote, requiring candidates to be located in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship. You will manage staffing, performance, and program delivery across multiple client initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, listening, and written communications skills required.
• Two to three years of contact center management experience preferred or equivalent.
• Experience with managing programs with varying service objectives and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational practices to establish positive relationships among employees, clients, and customers.
• Manage compliance and reporting for center operations including staffing, budget, and payroll.
• Oversee day-to-day contact center operations and ensure staff safety, security, HR development, and service quality.
• Demonstrate highest standards of ethics and professional conduct.
• Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Quality Assurance, Training, Recruiting, WFM, IT, and the Client.
• Perform other related duties as required.
