Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, focusing on process improvement and IT systems optimization.
• Experience with warehouse management software packages including Eclipse.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve operational issues in real-time to meet customer requirements within the distribution center.
• Role model the PIP values and behaviors as a senior member of the operations team.
• Monitor warehouse process controls and performance metrics to ensure standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of operational activities.
• Lead operational improvement projects from planning to evaluation and ensure timely completion.
